Quick Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. cooked, cubed potato
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cooked, sliced carrots
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet.
    Add onion, potato and carrots.
    Stir and cook until potatoes are brown.
    Add meat, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook for 30 minutes, stirring and chopping mixture frequently.
    Serve with catsup.
    Makes 4 servings.
