Tea Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
    1 scoop sugar (1/2 c.)
    4 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    little nutmeg
    1/2 c. lard
    water
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add beaten egg.
    Add lard and as much water as needed.
    Put on board and stretch long. Spread with butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll up and bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
