Chicken And Dressing For Six - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    milk
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 eggs, beaten
    chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix with enough milk to make soft mixture.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until light brown.
    Cool and crumble bread, then add celery, onions, soup, eggs, salt and pepper and enough broth to make a soupy mixture.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown, but not hard.
    It should be soft when ready to eat, but not runny.
