Lamb Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped, cooked lamb
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1 medium apple, peeled
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. hot lamb broth, chicken or beef bouillon
additional bouillon or milk for thinning
coconut for garnish
1 c. rice, cooked according to package directions
Preparation

Trim fat from lamb.
Finely chop.
Place lamb in bowl and set aside.
