Carrot-Molasses Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 cup whole bran cereal
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    1/2 cup molasses
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl stir together egg, cereal, carrots, yogurt, tomato juice, molasses, and oil.
    Let stand for 5 min.
    In a medium mixing bowl combine flours, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; make a well in the center.
    Add molasses mixture all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
