Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. partially cooked bacon
    diced olives (for top)
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and bacon and add to potatoes, onion and Cheddar cheese.
    Place olives on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 45 minutes (uncovered).
