Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can deviled ham
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 small bell peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    corn bread, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut tops from peppers.
    Remove seeds. Combine all ingredients. Stuff peppers with mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Yields 4 servings.
