Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 grated carrot
1 small chopped onion
pepper to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix stuffing and butter.
Line casserole, saving some for topping.
Mix all other ingredients and pour into casserole. Spread stuffing mixture over top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
