Ripley Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. canned tomatoes, cut up
2 1/2 c. herb Stove Top stuffing
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. oleo
Preparation

In a buttered 2-quart casserole mix tomatoes and 2 cups stuffing together.
Stir in onion, sugar and seasonings.
Dot with oleo.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
