Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
    5 well beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; beat in flour and cornmeal.
    Add eggs, milk, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
