Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow or acorn squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (savory herb)
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add soup and sour cream.
    Prepare Stove Top stuffing with 1 stick of margarine.
    Spread half of the stuffing mix on a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour squash mixture over stuffing mix, then top with remainder of stuffing mix.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Top with cheese and let melt before serving.
