Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. thyme or parsley flakes
    dash of poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Mix thyme or parsley with pepper and corn flake crumbs.
    Dip chicken in milk and then in crumb mixture.
    Place chicken in baking dish that has been lightly oiled with olive oil.
    Bake, covered, 50 to 55 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
    Is low in sodium and fat.
