Polish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium beef roast
    1 small head cabbage
    6 to 8 medium size carrots
    2 whole onions
    2 to 3 potatoes
    1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
    broth
    noodles
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook roast, cabbage, carrots and onions together for about 2 hours; add potatoes and cook on low heat another hour.
    Add chicken and broth; cook low for 1 more hour.
    Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
