Rigatoni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (30 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. rigatoni, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    32 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    In a large bowl, stir together cottage cheese and salt.
    Add rigatoni; toss to coat well.
    Spoon half of the rigatoni mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce. Repeat.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until heated.
    Serves 12.
