Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 1/4 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan; set oven at 375\u00b0.
Make sauce of mushroom soup, sour cream and melted oleo.
Put potatoes evenly in pan.
Top with green onions.
Spread with sauce over evenly.
Top with potato chips.
Bake for 45 minutes.
