Corn Rice Casserole(Club Member: Jason Harvey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow rice (approximately 6 oz.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Add chicken soup and Mexicorn. Put in buttered casserole dish; top with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
