Ingredients

1 can beets
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. pickling spices
1 medium onion, sliced
Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Drain the broth from beets into pan.
Set beets aside.
Into broth, add vinegar, Sweet 'N Low and spices.
Simmer approximately 10 minutes.
Place beets and sliced onion in a jar or covered bowl.
Pour broth over veggies.
Place lid on tight.
Refrigerate. Serve.
