Austin'S Best Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely ground graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Combine crust ingredients and mix well. Press firmly into greased and floured 10 x 3-inch spring-form pan. Bake crust 6 to 9 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
