Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil; add two 8 ounce cans mushroom caps (drained).
    Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
