Lo-Cal Meat Loaf(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 green pepper, shredded
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into round loaf.
    Put rack in crock-pot.
    Place meat loaf on rack.
    Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
