Chicken And Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. long spaghetti
    2 cans tomato juice
    2 c. diced celery
    2 large onions
    1 green pepper
    1 can American cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook hen in water and salt.
    Cool; cut meat off bones and dice.
    Cook spaghetti in broth.
    Cook celery, onion and pepper in broth; add to drained spaghetti with tomato juice and diced chicken.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
