Buttermilk-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked (9-inch) deep dish frozen pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, shielding with aluminum foil after 25 minutes.
