Hannah'S Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    4 slices sharp cheese
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Arrange 4 bread slices in the bottom of a large greased baking dish.
    Cover with a slice of cheese.
    Beat the eggs until they are frothy.
    Add the milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard, mixing them well.
    Pour over the sandwiches.
    Heat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let it stand until the milk mixture is absorbed by the bread.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    The sandwiches will be puffed and lightly brown when done.
    Serves 4.
