Mother'S Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced potatoes or cooked rice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. vegetables (carrots, beans and broccoli)
    vegetable salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon oleo.
    Brown ground beef.
    Pour off fat.
    Add the remainder of ingredients, cover and cook until tender (about 30 minutes).
