Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
5 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 can coconut
Preparation

Cream together sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 2 minutes between each egg.
Add other ingredients.
Beat. Bake in an angel food pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with glaze.
