Venison Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 6 venison steaks
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. steak seasoning
Preparation

Put steaks in deep dish. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce, garlic and steak seasoning on both sides. Cover with foil and let sit overnight. Roll in flour and cook in cooking oil. Cover with onion rings while cooking. Cover with lid while cooking over low fire.
