Small Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box vanilla cookies
1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling or fruit
Preparation

Place a cupcake liner in cupcake pan.
Mix in blender cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Put 2 tablespoons on top of each cupcake, and bake in oven.
Take liner from pan, cover each with 1 tablespoon of fruit glaze.
Cool and refrigerate.
