Lemon Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1 c. half and half
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper to taste
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 to 2 tsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese
    3 to 4 tsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Pound chicken until flat.
    Brown on both sides in butter.
    Put chicken into flat baking dish (9 x 9-inch).
    Combine half and half and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
    Add salt, pepper and lemon rind. Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil for 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
