Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg, milk and oil. Stir just until ingredients are moistened. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Serve hot.
