Neapolitan Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
    36 vanilla wafers
    1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    additional chips, wafers and strawberries (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and water.
    Add pudding mix; beat well.
    Chill 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 2 cups pudding into a 3-quart serving bowl; top with half each of the wafers, strawberries, mini chips and remaining pudding.
    Repeat layering, ending with pudding.
    Garnish with additional mini chips, wafers and strawberries, if desired.
    Chill thoroughly.
