Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Beat eggs well; add dry ingredients.
    Add butter and milk; mix well.
    Pour into a pastry shell; bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Allow to set before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
