No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
8-inch (6 oz.) packaged graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation

In small micro-proof bowl, melt chocolate chips on High (full power) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Set aside to cool.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth.
On low speed, blend in melted chocolate.
Fold in whipped topping until blended.
Spoon into crust.
Cover; chill until firm.
