Microwave Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 cup bread crumbs
    2/3 cup milk (2%)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients. Shape into loaf.
    Microwave on medium high (70%) for 22 to 24 minutes or until no longer pink. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
