Mini Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Put a wafer in the bottom of a cupcake cup; mix together remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Let cool. Top with pie filling (cherries, blueberries, etc.).
