Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 pkg. plain gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    pinch salt
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water; cool.
    Soak plain gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Combine soaked plain gelatin with lemon gelatin and cool completely.
    After cool, mix in drained pineapple, pimento, celery, nuts and salt.
    Whip cream (sweeten, if desired); fold whipped cream and cream cheese into gelatin mixture.
    When thoroughly blended, pour into individual molds or serving dish, as desired.
