Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Stir well. Add tomato sauce, water and beans.
    Stir and simmer for at least 1 hour.
    If chili is not flavored enough, add 1 envelope of chili mix.
