Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    3 c. sifted flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter; set aside to cool.
    Sift dry ingredients; set aside.
    Beat egg on high for 1 minute; add milk and vanilla. Blend on low for 1/2 minute.
    Pour egg mixture over dry ingredients.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
    Add cooled butter.
    Stir on low for 1/2 minute.
    Bake on preheated waffle maker.
