Raw Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh raw cranberries
2 oranges
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. pecans or walnuts
1 3/4 c. cold water
Preparation

One day ahead:
Put cranberries and both oranges (use peeling from one) through meat grinder or blender.
Add sugar and let stand overnight.
