Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.

1 1/4-inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients until
smooth
(30\tseconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).
Pour into plate.
Bake 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with mixed fruit, if desired.
