Oriental Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine spinach, bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, toss with eggs and dressing.
