Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend sugar, oil and eggs, one at a time, with wooden spoon. Add the dry ingredients.
    Add the carrots, pineapple and nuts last.
    Mix well and pour into well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (according to oven).
    Frost with buttercream icing or Philadelphia cream cheese frosting.
