Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
    1/2 c. vanilla ice milk
Preparation
    Put milk and strawberries in blender container.
    Blend 8 to 10 seconds.
    Add ice milk.
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately. Yields 3 (2 1/4 cup each) servings; 80 calories per serving. Exchanges:
    1/2 milk (per 3/4 cup serving) and 1 fruit.
