Simply Sensational Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe bananas, cut in chunks
    2 oranges, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. light rum or orange juice
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, gently toss bananas, oranges and orange juice (rum).
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
