Grilled Fish Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Fish; firm and fresh, such as Swordfish,Shark, or Sea Bass, cut thick
    1/3 c. Lime Juice
    1/4 c. Tequila or White Wine
Preparation
    Broil on the barbeque, the grill or the oven, turning as often as necessary and basting as needed, until cooked but not overdone.
