Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 capful vinegar (white)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend thoroughly with a pastry blender.
    Roll dough into a ball in bowl.
    Sprinkle lightly with flour.
    Divide into 4 sections.
    Makes 4 pie crusts or top and bottom for 1 (9 x 13-inch) cobbler.
