Cucumber Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 to 4 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut up (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, chives and dill weed.
    In food processor bowl, process cucumber until smooth (should have 3/4 cup).
    In a saucepan, heat and stir cucumber puree, sour cream, sugar, water and salt until warm.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Beat with mixer for 30 seconds on medium.
    Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Using spoon, stir in as much of remaining flour as you can.
    Knead; shape into ball.
    Place in greased bowl. Cover; let rise until double (45 minutes).
    Punch down; turn onto floured surface.
    Cover for 10 minutes.
    Shape into 12 balls; arrange on baking pan.
    Cover; let rise until nearly double (30 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
