Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 strip Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Cook the chicken; cut off the bone and into pieces.
    Put into an 8 x 11-inch buttered dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over the chicken.
    Crush the crackers and combine with poppy seed; sprinkle over soup mix.
    Melt the margarine and dribble over the top.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly, at 350\u00b0.
