German Red Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely shredded red cabbage
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cabbage and onions; pour over cabbage and onions; toss well.
Chill about 4 hours.
