Layered Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix
    1 small onion, minced
Preparation
    Grease an

    loaf pan.
    Combine beef, onion, milk
    and spices; mix thoroughly.
    Prepare stuffing mix as directed on
    package.
    Fill pan with 3 layers of meat and 2 layers of\tstuffing
    mixture,
    beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
