Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust, cooked
3 to 4 medium peaches, mashed
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix the sugar, lemon juice, water and cornstarch together, then cook over medium heat until thick.
Add pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons butter; cool.
Slice 4 medium peaches and arrange in baked pie shell.
Add filling; top with whipped cream.
